The rooftop terrace was fantastic with live music and complimentary cocktails on select nights. Our family dog was welcomed as well. The room was spacious and comfortable, just perfect for downtime after exploring Rome.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly activities would improve our stay.

The staff was great, ensuring all my business needs were met efficiently. The room was a well-appointed Superior Double Room, clean and modern. Its proximity to Termini train station made commuting effortless, and I particularly appreciated the rooftop area for informal discussions over drinks.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants. They also helped us with information on the Metro stops and appreciated the suggestion to use the Republica (short walk down the block and around corner) stop instead of Tremini (very busy). The breakfast buffet was very nice as well.
I had seen some issues people had mentioned in regards to the lift (small/slow) but we had no problems. Yes it is narrow but it was deep enough for 2 adults with 2 suitcases although it was snug.
